Return Policy
We offer a 30 day, money back guarantee for our products. If you are not satisfied, contact us at support@toothwhiteningdr.com and notify us you would like to return your product. We will then request you send back your trays and any unused product, and issue a return #. After we receive and process your product we will issue a full refund. We are not able to refund the shipping and handling since these charges are not refundable to us.
Sales Tax We do not charge sales tax outside the state of Florida. All Florida residents will be charged a 6% sales tax upon purchase.
Backorders In the rare instance that an item is on backorder after you have placed an order with us, we will notify you within 48hrs of the order with the best resolution for the order.
Cancellation Since we attempt to ship orders within 24 hrs, cancellation of an order must be received within 24 hours of order placement. Shipping & Handling charges will apply to all orders shipped prior to our receiving your cancellation. Please email us at: support@toothwhiteningdr.com to cancel an order.
